are situated in the traditional village of Lithakia in the midst of an olivetree garden. In this quiet place there are no hotels at all and only a few private rooms to let. There are three supermarkets in the village of Lithakia, a bakery, a pharmacy, some nice tavernas, a post office, a patrol station, as well as a bus stop. Each of the two spacious and lovingly furnished apartments on the first floor have two balconies or two terraces. A big one to the south-east with terrace - furniture and with a marvellous view towards the bay of Laganas, the island of Marathonissi and to the fantastic sunrise of the Ionian Sea. A smaller one facing north-west with views to olive-groves and to Megalo Vouno (big mountain). The flat on the ground flor has two terraces. The apartments are for 4 to 6 persons with about 80m² are situated on the ground floor and on the first floor, they have air conditioning and heating, TV, a large, well equipped kitchen, dining corner, sitting-room, a modern bathroom and two bedrooms. All rooms have very big wardrobes.
Your children are most welcome. They can run, romp, swing and climb riskless in the spacious, fenced-in garden. A barbeque-pavilion with 12 seats and firewood or charcoal are available for your use. Rent-cars , bikes or scooters can be arranged.
Arrival and distances The closest beach is 1,5 km away. The large and sandy beach of Laganas 2,5 km. Airport 7 km. Town of Zakynthos and ferry port 10 km. Taxis are available at the airport and at the harbour (one-way 10 - 15 €). Parking is available.
The owner Spiros Malouhos and his parents live about 150 m away in the middle of the villagw. They are always at your service. The family rents there as well a small studio with one room, kitchen and bathroom, a small balcony with sea-view and garden. They sell self-made and top-quality olive oil, wine, almonds and bread. Contact person for German- and English-speaking guests is Karin Berthold. She lives in the ground floor of the studios and she gladly accommodates the guests by providing useful information. are suitable for elderly people, but unfortunately not for wheelchair users. minimum stay: 3 nights A 30 % deposit of the total lease price is required for an effective reservation. The remaining sum can be paid on location. The price includs the costs of cleaning twice a week, cleaning after your departure, water and electricity. We look forward to your request.
